The smart lock account deletion method may vary depending on different smart lock brands and models. We take the specific steps to delete the smart lock account by default with Locstar smart lock:
Open the smart lock app: Using the app installed on your phone that corresponds to the smart lock, open the app.
Sign in to your account: In the app, sign in to your Smart Lock account using your account credentials (username and password).
Go to Account Settings: In the app, find or navigate to Account Settings, User Management, or similar options. It's usually located in the settings menu or profile section of the app.
Find the delete account option: In your account settings, look for the option to delete your account. This may be labeled "Delete Account," "Cancel Account," or similar terms.
Confirm the deletion operation: After entering the delete account option, the system may ask you again to confirm the deletion operation. Please note that deleting an account will permanently delete all settings and data associated with the account, including authorized users and other configuration information.
Complete deletion: Follow the system prompts to confirm and complete the account deletion process. At this point, Smart Lock will no longer be associated with your account, and the settings and data in your account will be cleared.
